Trenching & Drainage
* Buried Downspouts * Window Wells
* Dry Wells * French Drains
* Swales * Dry Creek Bed
One of the greatest things you could do to keep a dry basement and keep water away from the home is proper grading. Along with that is burying your downspouts out into lawn, ditch or swale, as well as installing window wells around basement windows.
If you have standing water or erosion some options would be to install a dry well or dry creek bed in the lawn or area needing drainage.
